We start with a detailed consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. From there, I build a fully personalised training and nutrition plan delivered through the Trainerize coaching app. You’ll have direct access to me for check-ins, form reviews, and ongoing adjustments — all from your phone.

Every coaching package includes a bespoke exercise programme, practical nutrition guidance, direct 1:1 access to me via the coaching app, regular check-ins, progress tracking, and accountability support. Plans are adapted as you progress — nothing is cookie-cutter.

Pricing is discussed after an initial conversation about your goals, because every coaching plan is different. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing any more than one-size-fits-all training. Get in touch and we’ll find the right fit for you.

Not necessarily. While a gym gives you more equipment options, I can build effective programmes for home training with minimal equipment. During our consultation we’ll discuss what you have access to and plan accordingly.

Most clients notice improved energy, sleep, and confidence within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically start around 4–6 weeks with consistent effort. Real, lasting transformation is a journey — but you’ll feel the difference long before you see it.
